According to the head of this department, Robert Rado, thanks to medical intervention, the condition of the 7- and 11-year-old sisters has improved, while the health condition of the 3-year-old girl, who has been intubated for many hours, continues to be serious.

The pediatrician said that this entire situation has come about due to the consumption of candies with narcotic substances such as cannabis, which is happening for the first time at such ages in Korça.

Police are investigating the case to learn where the three sisters found the candies laced with narcotic substances, while also reviewing security cameras at businesses in neighborhood no. 16 to see if they found them in the trash can or elsewhere.
