The General Directorate of the State Cadastre Agency criminally charges eight officials and former senior officials of the Local Directorate of ASHK Vlora with the charge of "abuse of duty" in the Special Anti-corruption and Organized Crime Structure (SPAK).

After the verifications carried out, serious violations were identified in the granting of the legalization permit and the ownership title in violation of the Muslim Community's land.

 The defendants are:

Erdet Mandi, currently Director of ASHK-Vlora

Bilbil Aliaj, former Director of ASHK Vlora

Renato Beshaj, former head of the legalization sector, ASHK Vlorë

Denis Metaj, former head of the cartography sector

Dorjana Ferati, former manager of the ownership issues sector, currently manager of the ASHK Vlorë archive-protocol

Anisa Golemi, ASHK Vlora specialist

Bojkena Bani, former specialist of ASHK Vlorë

Teuta Meço, ASHK Vlora specialist
