Although the evidence linking him to the corruption of the incinerators is concrete, it seems that former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj does not stop his efforts with justice.
This Monday, Ahmetaj addressed another request to the Special Appeal, through which he opposes the decision of the First Level of the GJKKO, for the imposition of preventive seizure for his two villas.
It is about the villa in Hamallaj, registered in the name of his current cohabitant Eriola Hoxha, and the other villa in Palasa registered in the name of his ex-wife Albina Mançka.
Ahmetaj earlier appealed the decision on the control exercised over his apartments, considering it illegal and unconstitutional, but a few days ago the appeal of GJKKO rejected that appeal.
The former Minister of Finance, Arben Ahmetaj is under investigation by SPAK in connection with accusations of criminal offenses: "corruption", "abuse of duty", "money laundering" and "concealment of wealth".
