He writes that SPAK has proven that Taulant Balla's lawsuit, which brought him to justice, is false. Although according to him, SPAK is already aware of the falsity of this lawsuit, it is still afraid to act.

"Taulanti, by order of Edi Rames, filed a lawsuit in SKAP for illegal appropriation of property, for theft, as according to him they were expropriated by Italy, for illegal privatization, etc.

3 years of investigations were carried out by the prosecutors serving Rames up to the children of Malltez (that the case is not being investigated but 3 generations of persons), and it turned out that Taulanti had made a false report. The land of the 5 owner families continued to be clean in the Mortgage Registers even in 1943, 1945 & 1946. The Law of Restitution of Property of 2004, returned the land to the rightful owner, and made the privatization of buildings on private land a legal tax liability for the state to the land owners.

In addition to these, Taulanti made a false report for the taxing part of Malltez. "SPAK confirmed Taulanti's false accusation, but is afraid to act ," he said.

He has denied the accusations that the justice has raised against him, saying that in fact the entire process followed for the former "Partizani" complex is related to the return of the property to the old owners.

He gave details about how the whole process was carried out, clarifying how the privatization worked.

"In order to enjoy the thing confiscated by the communist regime, after a 13-year ordeal, the noble owners were forced by the Law to buy the occupied barracks and buildings. So, not only did the state steal their property and keep it for 60 years without rent, but now the legal owners had to wait for over 2 years to buy those shacks that we didn't even need, and what's more, they were occupied. PRIVATIZATION WAS A PENALTIES TO THE OWNERS.

The owners were forced to pay nearly $700,000 for the occupied buildings at one club, as well as $100,000 for the other club. At the end of the reaction, Malltezi demands that SPAK apologize publicly.

But not the political servants of Edi Rames and Taulant Balles. Those who follow the political order do not blush but hide behind the statement "We stand by the demand". Here there is no criminal case at all, and even less for SPAK taxes. I demand that SPAK ask for a public apology if they don't come to face as much as they want in court as free people with arguments and not political orders.

I neither endanger anyone nor do I have access to any file or institution that Edi Rama captured 100%. I found you lying based on the files created by SPAK. As owners, we neither knew nor cared about anything else except "Property to the Lord", by God's right and in respect of the laws of the state".
