The 50 arrest warrants against well-known figures of the world of crime issued by SPAK in the last mega-operation targeting 7 criminal groups have brought to light serious criminal events, including a former deputy and 4 police officials.

Based on this SPAK operation, the journalist of the chronicle Anila Hoxha, through a post on the social network Facebook, has narrated the behind-the-scenes of an interview she conducted with a character of this network years ago. He showed him how the distribution of drugs worked with the involvement of the police, and he even mentioned a case when drugs were stolen and a very small amount was reported blocked.

"After I studied the next file with a vengeful killer, a trafficker, a former member of parliament, and a police chief, I look back at my reports. Not too long ago, on the show Exclusive, I investigated the drug distribution networks in Albania. I took care of the character that also during the gross interview (in case the investigations started to identify him, so that no one killed him) I filmed him in a blue hood. He had just got out of prison and while telling me how the distribution of cocaine worked, among other things, he said "bosses of the police stole the drugs and reported a minimal shipment blocked". I expected an investigation against a boss then, but instead the diligent bosses carried out a thorough investigation to find out who the "enemies" were, she writes.

The journalist brings to attention another case where, according to her, an officer of RENEA was involved. While expressing concern that the police kept secrets from journalists and informed members of crime, the journalist says that there are many others who should not wear the state uniform.

"Later, cocaine was also stolen in the suburbs of Tirana. It was said that an officer of RENEA was also among the suspects. Some exposed him as a businessman. During 2018 - 2019 - 2020...Police and prosecution? They kept a secret from the journalists, but they gave information in record time to the criminals, about the license plates, who they are accompanying, are there any traces of the throwing into the air of a citizen for whom they say "we will send him to flight", and others. There are many others who should not wear the holy police uniform for a minute. Or pretend that they are prosecutors, half-businessmen, half-employees of institutions. This alone restores faith in the law and in the state", writes journalist Hoxha.


Out of 50 arrest warrants, 20 people were arrested, of which 14 in Albania and 6 in different European countries. Another 30 are being sought. Millions of euros, gold, weapons, etc. were found in 50 apartments of crime bosses.
