A serious incident occurred a little while ago in the city of Lushnje with one victim and one seriously injured by a crime within the family.

An 82-year-old man reportedly shot his daughter and killed himself.

Police say the 40-year-old injured woman is currently under the care of doctors, where she is receiving the necessary medical assistance.

It is understood that her condition is severe.

Police notification:

At about 15:15, in the neighborhood of "October 18", Lushnjë, citizen B.M., about 82 years old, is suspected that after a momentary conflict, he wounded with a hunting weapon that he had with permission, his daughter, citizen R. M., about 40 years old, and then is suspected of killing himself.

The R.M. citizen is in the hospital of Lushnja, in the care of doctors, in serious health condition.
