As the Tirana Prosecutor's Office has been investigating the former mayor of Bërxulla, Ymer Marku, and several other officials for over a year as involved in the alienation of dozens of land surfaces in Berxulla, a parallel investigation into this issue has already been opened in SPAK.

For several days, the Special Prosecution office SPAK has launched an investigation against former senior official Ymer Marku for the accusation of "Falsification of documents" and "Abuse of office".

Marku will face a criminal charges filed in SPAK by Arben Tafa, who previously served in a position in the former municipality of Bërxullë.

"Ora News" has learned that The Tafa, during the time when the municipality of Bërxullë was run by Ymer Marku, was employed by the latter as a plumber of this municipality.

But during this time, it has turned out that the name of the plumber Arben Tafa, has been used as a disguise to alienate some properties located in different areas of Bërxulla.

On behalf of The Tafa, a land area of 4 thousand square meters is registered with forged documents.

Documents show that this area located in the village of Bruka, is owned by the citizen Arben Tafa, who has strong suspicions that he is not the real owner of this real estate.

Regarding the mortgage registration of this property of 4 thousand square meters, the prosecution has expressed concern and Arben Tafa, who despite the results of the land owner, has no historical documents to prove the origin of this illiterate property.

The investigations for this case that have been initiated in SPAK are expected to extend to the verification of the role of former chief commodor Marku in other assets that have been alienated from him.

It is very likely and expected that in the coming days this SPAK investigation will join the investigation launched by the Tirana Prosecution office against Ymer Marku and three other persons, such as former chief agim Loci and former Head of the Office of Protection and Land Management in the Municipality of Bërxullë, Kujtim Balliu.

These persons in cooperation with each other, while serving in the former municipality of Bërxullë, through falsified documents have alienated some land surfaces in the Area of Bërxulla.

It is expected that tomorrow Ymer Marku and two other people Agim Loci, Kujtim Balliu, will appear before the Tirana Court of Appeal, where they will be acquainted with the security measure.

All three people remain in prison, meanwhile tomorrow, Appeal Judge Dritan Hasani, will assess whether Ymer Marku and two former Officials of Burxulla leave the cell or not? /News Time
