An incident occurred on the 77th anniversary of the Postriba uprising. After placing wreaths of flowers on the torso in commemoration of the first anti-communist movement by the mayor of Shkodër Benet Beci, a citizen took the wreaths and threw them on the ground saying that these people today are descendants of those who shot their grandfather.
After this incident, Mayor Beci left immediately. This is the first time that socialists commemorate the Postriba uprising. In this 77th anniversary, there were no representatives of the DP, who will participate after an hour separately in the commemoration of this event.
