The reason was the request of former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, who requested the disqualification of judge Flojera Davidhi.

The request came after Ilir Beqaj and his lawyer asked the judge to provide a justification for the interim decision to change Beqaj's charge, from abuse of office to theft, to abuse of office within a structured criminal group.
