Albanian Roland Aliu, who lives illegally in France, in February 2022 did a heroic act where he saved an 8-year-old boy from the flames in Poitiers.

From this heroic act, he hoped that he would win a residence permit, but according to foreign media , he is currently subject to the obligation to leave French territory (OQTF).

His act of bravery had been rewarded. In February 2022, the Albanian Roland Aliu, after saving an eight-year-old from the flames in Poitiers, was awarded a gold medal and then had the hope of obtaining a residence permit in the right and proper form after several rejections.

However, he and his family must leave French territory within a month. "My father, my mother and my younger brother are also targeted, I don't understand, I wrote to the President of the Republic and the Ministry of the Interior, they both replied that they couldn't do anything directly, that it was being handled by the prefect of Vienna ", he said.

Faced with this situation, a rally of support is organized in front of the prefecture of Vienna on January 7.
