This is the story of a 30-year-old woman who works in the area of ​​Mati as a specialist in providing economic assistance. She tried to help one of them who claims to have grown up with divorced parents and in difficult economic conditions, but in the end he just rewarded her for the delay in the most terrible way.

He kidnapped her by car and taking her to a mountain place, forced her to undress and perform obscene acts which she photographed.

This situation lasted for almost six hours until the young woman managed to break away from him and make the rescue phone call.

The serious file was made available to Gazetasi.al, for which in the end the 50-year-old DM was found guilty of sexual violence and illegal deprivation of liberty, being sentenced to a total of five years.

The incident took place in the villages of Klos municipality, the file states, and the aggressor is a divorced man who insisted during the trial that the young woman was acting and that she had gotten into the vehicle of her own accord.

He even went so far as to raise the alibi in front of the court that the 30-year-old fabricated all this in order to escape from Albania and get asylum in Europe, since no one in the villages of Klos forgave such a story.

But the 50-year-old was betrayed by scientific police checks on his phone, where the girl appears terrified in the back seat of the car as he photographs her, and sequence after sequence she looks scared as she takes off her clothes and in an instant appears in these pictures naked trying to hide private parts with hands.

The 30-year-old woman, whose identity Gazetasi.al has but will not make public, together with the village where the incident took place, says that the accused DM appeared early in the morning at the counter to ask for a family certificate to apply for economic assistance as well as requested that she help him in issuing the relevant documentation.

During these requests, there were also other employees in the office who saw how the young woman guided and helped her with the documentation. When she moved from the offices to the corridor, she was exchanged with the 50-year-old divorced man who warned her: "If after applying I don't win, find a place and enter."

"I didn't speak at all - the 30-year-old remembers, and I didn't take it seriously."

After she finished her official schedule, she walked from the municipal offices to her home. But on the way, a Mercedes Benz vehicle stopped at her feet, and according to the report, she saw that the driver was a man seeking financial assistance.

"He addressed me with the words boss and said, can you come and get the photocopy of the identity card and asked me to clarify once more about the documents. He begged me to tell him how long the application would take, and he opened the back door, begging me to look at the documents while sitting in the car," the 30-year-old woman declared to the police.

Committed to helping her, the young woman got into the car and began to study the documents to understand if she had them all or not.

"As soon as I told him that it was okay and I had to leave, he was bossing me around, he gave the car a quick gas and drove away. I started to cry and begged you to let me go, but he answered that he had me in his hands and would do whatever he wanted with me".

The specialist further details the terrifying journey to another village in Klos until they stopped in an uninhabited area. The 50-year-old man took her phone and when she tried to leave, he punched her and beat her, these signs are also confirmed by the forensic medicine.

"He pushed me hard, took off my clothes, broke my glasses and started biting me all over my body. These actions have lasted for a long time and I resisted, he did shameful things with me, and I resisted. Terrified, I pushed him and every time I pushed him, he beat me and pulled my hair.

He took pictures of my private parts on my face and threatening me with a knife, he took pictures of me", the young woman explains the horror.

At this moment, when she saw that her powers were draining and that the evening was approaching, she begged the kidnapper to let her go to fulfill her personal needs and that after that he could do whatever he wanted with her.

"When D. went to bring me water it was around 19.00 and I grabbed his phone that had fallen on the seat and called my mom, it was the only number I remembered. I told him where I could be and I told him the name of the man who kidnapped me", it is mentioned in the file that Gazetasi.al made available to you.

"He found me on the phone and told me he would call me, asked me who I had called and informed me that even if his girlfriend died, he would not stay without blaming me for the deception I did to him.

He told me you made a hole for yourself. He told me it was better to have sex with him than at that moment he would inform ten others who would rape me in a group".

The photos where the 50-year-old dragged her out of the car and slammed her to the ground are evidence of the barbaric violence he inflicted on her.

"While performing these actions, I saw him drinking a liquid and smoking a cigarette while shaking. Then his phone rang and someone from the police asked for his address. I was staying calm because I understood that my mother had informed the police".

It is reported in the dossier that the kidnapper surrendered immediately after this call to the police and indicated the address.

When the police arrived they found the young woman clothed and shaking - it is further said recalling the testimony of the police who took the phones of the two and then arrested the suspect.

During the trial, the latter tried to gain his innocence by claiming that the municipal specialist had willingly gotten into the car.

"She took off her clothes herself, she loved and wanted something like that and we couldn't do anything because she was wearing them," the kidnapper declared in court.

But the evidence is not at all in his favor.

As well as the description he makes of himself by speaking on positive notes.

"I grew up alone after my parents divorced very early, I am harmless, I am a person who has not been convicted before. I have suffered in life not to mention that I have lived as a wanderer. I was so poor and never committed any crime. Not to mention that the community where I live gave me bread and water" declares the accused, whose phrases were not taken into account because they are not proven.

All the more so that during the trial he tried to defend himself by justifying himself with the victim's personality, which according to him was provocative.

 "I am disabled and I can prove this with the acts of the municipality of Klos, I am in a difficult economic situation and I have a low level of education", says the suspect.

But in the end, the court declared him guilty because every picture he looked at from his phone showed how the girl was threatened with a knife and how she appeared terrified and scared crying on her face./ Gazeta Si
