The State Police has confirmed the exclusion from the ranks of the blue uniforms of the Road Officer, Renato Feri. He was arrested at the beginning of December, after breaking traffic rules and cannabis was found in his vehicle.

At the moment of detention by the "Eagle" forces, Renato Feri objected, insulted and threatened his colleagues.

But, together with him, the member of the Shqiponja Forces Ylber Dybeli was also excluded from the ranks of the blue uniforms . On the road of Barricades in the capital, he made a wrong stop, while the car was with tinted windows. Violation of traffic rules of the officer was detected by the policeman Neri Hunda who signaled him to stop. After stopping him, the driver of the vehicle, a police officer of the Shqiponja forces, had a conflict with the police officer, Neri Hunda, whom he insulted and hit because of his duty.

The other expelled employee is Redi Mato , a police officer at the Elbasan Police Station. He ambushed his colleague, Ervis Hasa, at night, together with several other people, and assaulted him with hard objects. The cause was a conflict between them, a few days before this event.

The Directorate of Professional Standards in the State Police, at the end of the in-depth investigation, launched for some police officers, for serious violations of the State Police regulations, has recommended to the General Director of Police, the dismissal of 3 Police officers, as well as postponing the promotion deadline by 2 years, for another police officer, whose actions and inactions violated Article 209 of the State Police Regulation.

The General Director of the State Police has approved the exclusion from the ranks of the State Police of Police employees:

- Inspector YD, with service corps duty in the "Shqiponja" Special Force Sector, in the Tirana Local Police Directorate. This police officer was suspended from duty, on 22.12.2022, as during his off-duty time he had a conflict with the officers of the Tirana Traffic Police Station;

- Inspector RM, with service corps/OPP duty, in the Section for Order, in the Elbasan Police Station, in the Elbasan Local Police Directorate, after on 21.12.2022, he had a conflict with the police officer EH, during the time that both of them had being out of service hours;

- Inspektor R. F., me detyrë trup shërbimi, në Seksionin e Sigurisë dhe Objekteve, në Komisariatin Rajonal të Policisë Rrugore, në Drejtorinë Vendore të Policisë Tiranë, pasi kur është ndaluar nga shërbimet e Forcës së Posaçme “Shqiponja”, për të ushtruar kontroll në automjetin e tij, i ka kundërshtuar, ofenduar dhe kanosur ata.
