Tirana Police Director Tonin Vocaj at a press conference revealed details about the investigation into the rape of lawyer Sokol Morning.

Vocaj revealed that authorities have expanded their searches across the country for the arrest of the rapists.

"As we have announced, tirana police for the Morning event have carried out swift investigative actions and have made it possible to arrest two main perpetrators.

The searches for the capture of other persons continue, our searches have been in Tirana, searches have extended throughout Albania and we hope that we will have concrete results soon to lead to the arrest and accountability of these individuals" said the head of the capital's Police Directorate.

As more than six weeks have passed since the ordeal, three of the aggressors are still being sought.
