Fier's prosecution says it has prosecuted parents who are accused of committing acts of a sexual nature with their 2-year-old minor son.

They have been charged with "sexual or homosexual relations with minors" and the "pornography" charge, after videos with their son were shared on the social network Tik-Tok.

The Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Fier, in cooperation with the judicial police, made possible legal documentation regarding the event published in the application "Tik Tok", where after the investigation was conducted it has resulted that citizens S.K. and F.K. (wife) committed acts of a sexual nature against their minor son of 2 years of age and published them in the following on the "Tik Tok" application.

In connection with this event, the Prosecution at the Court of first instance of General Jurisdiction Fier registered criminal proceedings no.971/2024 and, with the order of the prosecutor, was detained the citizen S.K, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Sexual or homosexual relations with minors" and "Pornography" provided by Article 100/1 and Article 117/2 of the Criminal Code.

Also, in flagrant arrest was the citizen F.K., suspected of committing the criminal offenses "Indecent Acts" and "Pornography" provided by Article 108/2 and Article 117/3 of the Criminal Code.
