The Supreme Court has rejected Fredy Beler's request, which sought to suspend the execution of the ruling that sentences him to two years in prison.
Beler called for the execution of the decision to be suspended until the Supreme Court expressed idly for it.
The judging trio consisting of Ilir Panda, Medi Bici and Albana Boxing decided to reject this request.
"The refusal of request of the applicant Dhionisios Alfred Beleri to suspend the execution of the decision no. 14 dated 05.03.2024 of the First Instance Court of Corruption and Organized Crime, was put into force by decision no. 26, dated 25.06.2024 of the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime" the decision states.
Fredi Beleri was sentenced on March 5 this year to two years in prison by the GJKKO decision, which was left in force on June 25th by the Special Appeal.
