SPAK has taken SP MP Klotilda Bushka into custody in connection with the investigations into the file against Erion Veliaj.

Klotilda Bushka is accused of actions that hinder the discovery of the truth.

SPAK announced a few months ago that it was conducting investigations against SP MP Klotilda Bushka, precisely for this issue.

According to SPAK investigations, Bushka was suspected of influencing a witness regarding the statements they were supposed to give when appearing before the prosecution.

Bushka himself, in front of the socialist deputies, denied having committed any illegal actions. 

She said that she had collaborated with Ajola Xoxa before she became an MP, while Erion Veliaj is her "childhood friend".

According to Bushka, she stayed close to Xoxa during the prosecution's investigations, while she spoke to Veliaj less frequently due to the mayor's commitments.

MP Bushka herself had appeared several times at SPAK after being summoned for questioning.
