The Tirana court has jailed Julian Subash and Petrit Kodra, who are accused of stealing oil from an excavator used for the reconstruction of the Tirana-Durres railway line.

This morning when he started work, he found that the GPS of the excavator showed a quantity of 82 liters in the tank, at a time when yesterday when he closed the work and parked, there was a quantity of 254 liters in the tank. So there was a shortage of 172 liters of oil.

Vladi opened the GPS and found that at 3:19 this morning the oil level in the tank started to drop. This lasted for about 30 minutes until 03:49, where it remained in the amount of 82 liters. So the theft happened from 03:19 to 03:49 as the GPS has a real time clock."
