In the trial for the "Partizani" file, the media had expressed interest in recording the entire session, to which Jamarbër Malltezi had also expressed agreement.
The court decided not to accept this request, granting approval only for the registration of the plans for the start of the session.
But Malltezi opposed this, emphasizing that his request was for full transparency of the process and not for show.
"I requested that the entire session be recorded, in order to have a more transparent process and to hear the positions of all parties. But the court rejected this request, deciding that only the recording of the beginning of the session can be allowed. I cannot allow this, that footage be recorded just for show. If everything was given, you would understand that the court and the prosecution have become a joke," Malltezi told reporters.
