Erion Veliaj
Erion Veliaj, who was dismissed from his position as mayor of Tirana on September 25, has appealed the decision to the Constitutional Court.
According to Veliaj, Article 62 cannot replace Article 115 of the Constitution, but is interpreted in accordance with it.
He argues that dismissal without proven serious misconduct is illegal and unconstitutional.
