The Special Court returns the 5 seized assets to the company " Arlis Construction " that were ordered by Oltion Bistri and his family members, for which they had paid 1,300,000 euros .

The company " Arlis " Construction had requested a partial revocation of decision no. 19 for the seizure of the properties of Oltion Bistri and his family members, for 5 properties, apartments and shops.

The court removed from sequestration these assets that were under contract of order from the former Chief of Operations, accused of abuse of office, to the company of Armand Lilos .

The case was opposed in the Court by the lawyer of the company " Arlis ", SPAK had no objections.

But what happens to these assets after this decision?

The money that the company had received from Bistri and the family members, goes to the Administration Directorate of Seized Assets, while the apartments and shops are returned to the "Arlis" company.

The latter claimed that Bistri had ordered 5 apartments under construction, and had even made the payment, but that after some time, she requested the cancellation of the contract as she did not want to buy the apartments and the contract was terminated.
