The Special Court against Crime and Corruption has requested the annulment of the sterilization contract, after the violations found by SPAK.

According to the decision "Court based on Article 41 of Law No. 9367, dated 7.4.2005 "On the prevention of conflict of interests in the exercise of public officials", under the title "Authorities responsible for the prevention, control and resolution of situations of conflict of interests" , where it is expressly provided that: 1. "The central authority responsible for the implementation of this law is the High Inspectorate for the Declaration and Control of Assets and Conflict of Interests and which is referred to in this law with the abbreviation "High Inspectorate".

The High Inspectorate is set in motion at the request of public institutions, interested parties and mainly on its own initiative", considers that this decision should be communicated to the High Inspectorate for the Declaration and Control of Assets and Conflict of Interest at the end of the preliminary investigations , with the aim of taking measures to follow the legal path of investigations to establish the invalidity of the Concession Contract dated 02.12.2015 concluded between the Ministry of Health, represented by the Minister Mr. Ilir Beqaj and the company Saniservise sh.pk represented by the administrator Mr. Admir But".

For the sterilization concession, 8 people were put in handcuffs, among them the former Deputy Minister of Health Klodian Rjepaj and the businessman Ilir Rrapaj.

SPAK started the investigations for the concession over 100 million euros, after the denunciations that this project was unnecessary, as well as caused more problems in the health system, among them the increase in the cost of operations.
