The Albanian Development Fund has already signed the contract with the company "Fusha", which was the winner of the tender for the "Eden Park" installation that will be built inside the Prime Minister's Office.

The announcement was made on the website of the Public Procurement Agency that the contract has already been concluded and the company will build this facility with a fund of 398 million alleks or about 3.6 million euros according to the offer it made during the competition.

The installation of the Prime Minister's Office received wide attention, especially last year when, at the end of August, the Albanian Development Fund announced the procedure for an installation object with a wooden structure in the inner courtyard of the Prime Minister's Office, "Eden Park".

This expense at that time was considered excessive in the conditions when the country was facing numerous energy expenses while the establishment of the 800 KWh energy band was being discussed. As the numerous public reactions caused the procedure to be temporarily suspended, it was followed by being closed in January of this year.

Referring to the documents of the procedure, the project that is proposed to be applied is located in the inner courtyard of the prime minister's office, near the "Kombit Martyrs Boulevard.

"General description of the project: The design of the project is detailed on the basis of the concept, formulated by the international design studio 'Studio Precht', with the central offices in Austria.

The concept of 'Eden' is a response to the situation that is created in the yard. Instead of placing a garden on the ground, a 3-dimensional garden is created that provides recreation, vitality and leisure functions at different levels.

Eden is a sustainable and vibrant solution for a place-making courtyard, an open and permeable structure for private leisure and public events, a spectacle made by one, and a reminder of the long-lost nature in the surroundings our built.

Dizajni i ndjekur në hapësirën e depërtueshme të Eden-it lejon zhvillimin e programeve dhe eventeve publike të ndryshme. Shkallët përfshijnë elementë ulës që janë të lëvizshëm sipas kërkesës, fleksibël dhe të vendosur siç duhet në raste të ndryshme.

Tribuna, një rampë me ulëse, ofron një platformë për evente gjatë ditës (konferenca zyrtare) dhe në mbrëmje (leksione, koncerte, fjalime), ndërkohë që bimët në strukturë mbështjellin audiencën me një kuvertë natyrale dhe do të ofrojë një sfond të bukur për eventet.

Edeni qëndron në një rrjetë 4800x4800x4800mm. Trarët prej druri të ndërthurur kryq përbëjnë një kornizë modulare kubike 6x3x4, që shërben si strukturë.
