As part of this operation, the police have arrested the citizens Arlind Ismailukaj, Nerim Çela , (grandson of Gëzim Çela), Besnik Brokeri , Armando Mema , the head of Kurbin police station Dritan Metaj , as well as two citizens from Ukraine, Kyrylo Ponomarenko and Kostiantyn Biellon .

The group, led by Gëzim Çela , allegedly exchanged cannabis with cocaine and heroin at sea. When this group was hit in August, Arben Dalipaj is suspected to have been the leader of the raft that left from the bar "Royal Blue", Patok, together with the suspect Besnik Brokeri.
