The Mayor of Tirana will be transferred to Durres prison and will remain there for the duration of his trial.

A number of other former senior officials are also being held in Durres prison.

Meanwhile, the Criminal Court has softened the measure for Ajola Xoxa, the mayor's wife.

She cannot leave the country, but must report to the judicial police.

Xoxa must go to SPAK on the first and third Friday of every month.

Meanwhile, businessman Elman Abule will also remain in prison. The security measures for the other 5 businessmen have also not changed.
