A 28-year-old Albanian man has died after being stabbed in Athens. Around 22:50 yesterday evening, the police found 28-year-old Denis Loka, who was wounded with a knife in the throat, at the intersection of "Hanion" and "Patision" streets in Kipseli, Athens.
An ambulance was immediately called, which transported him to the "Evagelismos" hospital, where he died. Within an hour, two brothers, 17 and 19 years old, Albanian citizens with Greek documents, who admitted the crime with the excuse that they were raped by the victim, appeared at the Kipsel police station.
The perpetrators were accompanied to the police station by their mother and it is suspected that the 17-year-old is the direct perpetrator and the other brother is an accomplice.
There is preliminary information that the perpetrators and the victim are cousins.
The Greek police continue their investigation into the incident, while two knives used in the crime have been seized.
