The 3 people present at the scene of the crime where the young man Denis Meçe is suspected of raping the 42-year-old Egli Proga to death , which happened on August 10 in the district no. 1 of the city of Pogradec, have been returned to their cells.

The three accused for not reporting the crime, Voltan Shulku, Arian Manellari and Leonidha Guçe, were released by the Court of Korça, which assigned them the security measure of "obligation to appear".

It is reported that the Court of Korça has changed the measure against them from " Compulsion to appear in the Judicial Police ", to " Arrest in prison ", for the criminal offense " Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth ".

Forensic expertise for Egli Proga

In the expertise of the Institute of Forensic Medicine, it is stated that the victim had injuries on the forehead, nose, ear, cheek, and left shoulder, which " were caused by a sharp tool, such as a punch ."

According to the expert report, the cause of death of the 42-year-old is "hemorrhage in the brain membrane and brain tissue hemorrhage".

"In the victim's blood sample, the presence of ethyl alcohol was detected at an average value of 2.82 g/L", says the forensic expert.

The forensic expertise has been sent to the Prosecutor's Office of Korça, which is continuing the investigation into the murder of Egli Proga.
