SPAK issued 32 arrest warrants for some of the "heads" of crime in Tirana, Elbasan, Fier and other cities of the country after it was dismantled showing the crimes and the perpetrators, the murderer Nuredin Dumani and his friend Henrik Hoxhaj.

Among the names that have been declared wanted are two celebrities; Suel Çela from Elbasan, the son of businessman Petrit Çela of the agri-food market and Ervis Martinaj, the betting businessman who became known for the massacre of the Bloc in October 2018 with one dead and several injured.

The police operation continues, but there is still no information on how many have been arrested and which of them.

The question is whether the operation was deconstructed, since both Martinaj and Çela of Elbasan have not been arrested yet?

Given that from last night when the operation started and until noon today there is no information, the suspicions are that Çela and Martinaj have escaped the "net" again.

This would not be the first time this has happened in major operations.
