The SPAK file on the AKSHI is taking on greater proportions, as serious details are revealed.

Vox News learns that SPAK is expected to issue arrest warrants for several senior State Police leaders.

The latter were not only involved in the kidnapping of businessman Gerond Meçe, but as Vox News learns, also in the kidnapping of former deputy director of AKSHI, Daniel Shima.

What happened on August 20 of this year?

Daniel Shima disappeared on August 20 of this year, and returned to his apartment late at night a day later. Police stated at the time that Daniel Shima left voluntarily, while the latter stated informally that he had been in Dhërmi.

Daniel Shima's disappearance was reported by family members on the afternoon of August 20. Shima's mother was initially notified by the 34-year-old's girlfriend.

The young woman told Shima's mother that around 1:30 p.m., Daniel sent her a text message on her phone, saying: "The police are arresting me."

For this reason, the girlfriend of the former deputy director of the National Anti-Corruption Agency initially called the police and, after learning that Daniel was not arrested or escorted, informed his family.

The same hostage-taking scheme as Gerond Meça

But Vox News learns that Daniel Shima did not leave willingly, but was abducted using the same kidnapping scheme as businessman Gerond Meçe. He was taken hostage by unknown individuals in police uniforms and taken to the outskirts of Elbasan where he was threatened.

Vox News sources say that senior police leaders were also aware of the kidnapping, while it is not known whether they were directly involved in Shimë's kidnapping. However, SPAK, based on the information it has, suspects that some leaders were involved in the kidnapping of the former AKSHI official.

For this reason, today, BKH agents, by order of SPAK, have conducted searches in the homes of several State Police leaders, while arrest warrants are expected in the coming hours.

Denunciation of Berisha

The hostage-taking of Daniel Shima was denounced a few days ago by the leader of the Democratic Party of Albania, Sali Berisha. He said that AKSHI is an institution that has a history like in Hollywood. Berisha told how in this institution, a former official Daniel Shima was taken hostage who knew about what was happening there. For Berisha, there was an order that the hostage-taken official Daniel Shima be killed, but the order was changed and he was brutally raped.

"The AKSHI group is a criminal organization. One of those involved was taken hostage and is now in Germany and has confessed everything. The former deputy director of the AKSHI, Daniel Shima, was also taken hostage. The deputy director is called one day and told that he has been dismissed from his post. He was taken hostage because he was accused of being a spy. One day in the middle of Tirana, people dressed as police officers surround him and the former deputy director understands what fate awaits him. He sends a message to his mother or partner that he does not remember well, that he is being taken hostage by people in police uniforms.

The order was to bury him. But the order changed when they found out that he had sent a message to his relatives and the story was already known. But at this moment, they tortured him, broke his bones. It is not known whether the former deputy minister of AKSHI is alive or not. Strange things happen here. The two businessmen, for whom security measures were issued today by SPAK for tenders at AKSHI, are in Dubai. These are dangerous circles. These people also collaborated with gangs", said Berisha.
