The Tirana Court decided to remand 21 people arrested on Wednesday in the capital, as suspects of drug production and distribution.

The security measure "arrest in prison" was assigned to the suspects Renaldo Dalipi, Engelbert Pjetri, Armandi Hajdini, Olsi Mici, Fatjon Cela (Çela), Xhon Boci, Laert Murataj, Artan Pullazi, Erald Sina, Gentjan Vercani, Valerjos Bushi, Olkid Hajdari, Dylber Alijaj, Angjelos Mema, Majdi Musa, Jurgen Hekurani, Erdison Gjella, Abdurahman Bollati, Klodian Rrucaj, Indri Nakaj and Genti Kraja.

Only suspect Blerim Mali escaped the "prison arrest" measure. He was given a more lenient measure due to family circumstances, as he had to take care of his blind mother and paralyzed brother.

During the hearing to determine the security measure, the prosecutor in the case told the court that the suspects' actions were documented through simulated purchases.
