He resigned from the Property Handling Agency, Geraldo Durda .

Durda was appointed to this post in the summer of 2022 by the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja .

The reasons for the resignation are still unclear.

The agency has a wide inventory of properties, its object is also the treatment and compensation of former owners, as well as it has a role in the reactivation of confiscated crime properties.

However, the activity of this agency has been criticized over the years, with accusations that its leaders are involved in corrupt activities and schemes.
