Specialists for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes of DVP Shkodër referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in a free state for the criminal offense "Abuse of duty", for the RS citizen, 48 years old, with the position of director of the 9-year-old school in the village of Grudë Re and Gj. D., 66 years old, former director of this school. 

Based on the information obtained from the investigative show "Fiks Fare" and the verifications carried out at the 9-year-old school in the village of Grudë e Re, Shkodër, it has been found that the RM citizen, 59 years old, resident in Shkodër, has been employed as a mathematics teacher in this school. without submitting the medical report showing fitness for work.

In addition, for this case, the proceedings were initiated in a free state for the criminal offense "Abuse of duty", also for the citizen of DK, 45 years old, with the duty of a doctor in the area, since on 20.03.2024, she issued a document indicating that the citizen of RM is able to work, despite the fact that he is diagnosed with a mental illness.
