The protagonists of the event are Denis Tafili , the cousin of Elvis Doc, known as Visi i Pojës, and a police officer.

Denis Tafili, wanted by SPAK, has clashed with Edison Gjuzi. It is suspected that the conflict initially started between Gjuzi and the police officer.

Then Tafili arrived at the scene, who hit Gjuzi with the butt of his pistol.

The conflict further escalated into the use of firearms. It remains unclear at this time whether the shooting was carried out by Denis Tafili or by the police officer.

Denis Tafili is one of the people wanted by SPAK in the context of the criminal organization "Troplini", where he is accused of cocaine trafficking and money laundering.

The incident also raises serious questions regarding the fact that a person wanted by SPAK turns out to be moving freely, even getting involved in a conflict that, according to preliminary data, ended with the use of firearms.

Despite the gravity of the event, to date the Durrës Local Police Directorate has not issued any official announcement to clarify the circumstances of the conflict, the role of the people involved, and whether it has been possible to capture Denis Tafili.
