Marjola Myrtollari, the 38-year-old woman who was stabbed by her husband inside their apartment in Korça, was taken by helicopter to the trauma hospital in Tirana.

The 38-year-old woman was stabbed 2 days ago by her husband Aleko Myrtollari, who has not yet been caught by the police.

Unemployed and alcoholic, Aleko Myrtollari often argued with his wife, because of jealousy, family members said off camera.

This is what probably happened on Sunday evening, when Aleko Myrtollari took the children out of the house at 10:00 pm and had a fight with his wife Manjolen, who he hit 5-6 times with scissors on the body.

The couple's eldest daughter, 16 years old, after hearing her mother's screams, called the police and the ambulance. Manjola Myrtollari was transported to the hospital in serious condition, where he underwent a surgical intervention, but the white shirts still said that he has not passed the danger to his life.
