Citizen running naked

An unusual event was recorded in Tirana.

As can be seen in the video published by JOQ, a citizen appears running completely naked. His appearance completely naked while running on Dibra Street has made other passers-by who filmed it curious.

From the looks, it seems to be midnight, because of the few citizens on the street, but also the closed shops.

It is not known if he suffers from mental health problems, or if he was caught in the act of having an intimate relationship in an affair and quickly left out of fear.
