Redon Skutera and Ermir Doda

The people you see in the photo above are the officer Ermir Doda and the 32-year-old Redon Skutera, who participated in the rape of the journalist Adriatik Doçi, near his apartment in Kamze.

Skutera allegedly punched Doci several times because of his duty, while Doda drove him away from the scene on a motorcycle and allegedly kept the journalist under observation for several days.

Redon Skutera was arrested yesterday, while police officer Ermir Doda is wanted for the criminal offense of "supporting the perpetrator", while he is expected to be dismissed from the police. 

Report tv reports that from the investigations so far, it turns out that Redon Skutera, whose first name is Redon Pëllumbi, is a person with criminal precedents and high social risk. He was arrested a year ago for wounding with intent against payment, but it is not known how he escaped justice. Scooter, which is suspected to be used by criminal groups in Tirana, has also been arrested for narcotics.

According to sources, the 32-year-old from Berat is wanted in the Netherlands for drug trafficking. Meanwhile, officer Ermir Doda is suspected of serving as a guard near a criminal group in Tirana. The investigators are fully convinced that the journalist was hit because of his duty. Redon Skutera has accepted the authorship of the attack, and has even begun to fabricate some alibi for the cause. Gazetati Doçi has stated that he does not know them and has never even heard of them as Ermir Doda and Redon Skutera.
