The director of the Divjakë-Karavasta National Park, Ardian Koçi, has been fired for an absurd reason: Why did he give a short statement to the Voice of America.

VOA has published the order in which it is stated that an interview of Ardian Koçi on February 12, without the permission of his superior, was the reason for his dismissal.

The former director calls the decision unfair, but in a way expected, since they had pressured him to fire him before.

"[…] you gave a press interview to the Voice of America media, published on the website www.zeriamerikes.com, on February 12, 2023, for which you did not notify and did not receive an approval from the Superior..." , it is stated, among other things, in the dismissal decision.
