Eklent Kaçi was announced a few days ago as the world champion in the sport of billiards in the "10-ball" discipline. In relation to this news, Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted, saying that he is proud of young Albanians like Kaçi.

“ Woooowww! Proud of young Albanians like Eklent Kaçi, who has been declared world champion in the sport of billiards in the "10-ball" discipline , Rama announced.

In the tournament held in Las Vegas, the 24-year-old Albanian from Kurbini defeated the number one in the world, the Spaniard Francesco Ruiz Sanchez, in the final. He won with a score of 10-7, and became world champion for the second time.
