A serious case happened in Greece, where a 24-year-old Greek woman accused her 50-year-old father of rape, threats, kidnapping and domestic violence.

According to Greek media, the Police discovered that the 24-year-old orchestrated the accusations, which she claimed took place from December 2020 to February 17, 2021, against her father because he did not agree with her relationship with an unidentified Albanian. by name. 

The father filed a lawsuit against his daughter's 29-year-old partner, claiming he had sent him pornographic material with his daughter, accompanied by threatening messages. 

However, the 24-year-old went to the Police Station and reported her father for holding her hostage against her will in the family home in Rhodes. She added that her father forced her to have sex with him.

In the recorded conversations of the three involved, which was transcribed by order of the prosecutor, it turned out that the 29-year-old Albanian asked his partner to file a lawsuit against her father, alleging that he raped and physically abused her to prove that wanted. 

The 24-year-old was called to testify again and on March 3, 2023, she stated that she did not remember the phone conversation, but did not retract what she had said in her initial statements. Until now, the 24-year-old woman has not yet been examined by a medical doctor, as she did not want to.
