"Revanshi" file, here's how many years in prison SPAK is seeking
Astrit Avdyli and Emiljano Shullazi

SPAK reported today in the court session the final conclusions for one of the factions in the "Revanshi" case, who are facing a summary trial because they are accused of providing conditions to commit murder.

SPAK is seeking 15 years in prison for Astrit Avdyli , with a reduced sentence of 10 years in prison . 

For Emiljano Shullazi, 15 years in prison, with a shortened trial of 10 years in prison , while for  Naim Stafuka,  9 years in prison, with a shortened trial of 6 years in prison .

After the plea, the defense's conclusions are expected to be heard, before the GJKKO announces the final verdict.

In this part of the case, the defendants benefited from a summary trial, a procedure that results in a reduction of the sentence by one-third.

The "Revanshi" file is considered one of SPAK's most important investigations, involving several episodes and persons suspected of involvement in serious criminal activities.
