The preliminary hearing for Sali Berisha and the other defendants in the "Partizani" case has been postponed again.
The hearing scheduled to take place today has been postponed to February 26 at 9:00 AM.
At the February 5th session of this year's preliminary review of the "Partizani" file, which lasted less than 1 hour, Jamarbër Malltëzi's lawyers presented several written documents, exhausting his submissions.
Then, at the request of one of the lawyers due to a commitment to another legal process, the session was interrupted and postponed to today, February 14.
So far, the court has been familiar with the claims of the lawyers of Sali Berisha and his son-in-law, Malltezi.
In the preliminary hearing at the Special Court on January 11, the defense requested that SPAK question Prime Minister Edi Rama to clarify his role in the transformation of the property that is the subject of the investigation.
