The Shkodra police Eagle Forces have been threatened by two people.

While at a checkpoint at the entrance to the city of Shkodra, two citizens stopped near the Eagle forces, threatening them with the words "we will open your stomach with bullets" and then left.

The officers immediately pursued them and managed to stop them.

The two people were escorted to the local police station in Shkodra.

One of the escorts is known to be a police officer in the ranks of the National Security Forces.

He was not on police duty at the time of the threat.

The reasons for this threat to police officers are unclear.

The blue uniforms are questioning the two escorts to enable the full clarification of this serious event.
