An explosion with explosives is reported to have occurred in the early hours of today in the yard of the Administrator of the Qesarat Administrative Unit Butjan Kapa in the village of Toç in Memaliaj.

Butjan Kapaj is also a member of the leadership of the Democratic Party.

The footage showed that there were two perpetrators, who got out of a "Range Rover" type vehicle.

The police announced in the official announcement that they left the "Krahës-Memaliaj" road axis, and near the village of Qesarat, they burned the vehicle they were using and then fled on foot.

Meanwhile, checks in the area are continuing with the aim of apprehending the perpetrators and working to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
