On May 21, 2021, the businessman from Elbasan, Gani Moka, and his employee were taken hostage on the Peqin-Elbasan highway by Seit Manahasa and another person.

New details from the unusual file on an event that happened a year ago, where the protagonist was the businessman Gani Moka and the employee of his company Frida Duka, who ended up naked by the Shkumbin River.

Going from Lushnja to Elbasan, Gani Moka and Frida Duka stopped their car in a pocket of the road in Peqin, by the river Shkumbin, at the corner of the bridge, according to them, to take a picture of a business. Gani Moka's company certifies businesses, providing them with isso certificates.

There, a white BMW X5 type vehicle suddenly sped up to them, from which Seit Manahasa and Kreshnik Manahasa got out.

They started threatening and hitting businessman Moka and employee Frida Duka, where they demanded 20,000 euros, with the argument that they had damaged their business by throwing sugar at them, a ridiculous ploy to justify criminal actions.

The two perpetrators forced them into the car, taking them to a pit near the Shkumbin River. The file states that the businessman was hit on the head with stones, while Frida was raped and sexually harassed by Manahasa.

During the investigations, it was proven that Seit Manahasa and his cousin Kreshnik Manahasa (Muhollari) took part in this hostage taking, who have already been charged and sent to court, where they await punishment.

In the file, it is said that after getting both of them out of the car, the two perpetrators started hitting them, demanding 20,000 euros with the argument that they had damaged their scrip, by throwing sugar on it or that they had committed other shameful acts, in subject premises.

Denying the accusations raised by Seit Manahasa and Kreshnik Muhollari, businessman Moka has asked the accused to at least release his employee, Frida Duka. But Manahasa asked Moka and his employee to have sex, and they filmed them with the intention of fining them. Moka and Mrs. Duka have refused, writes behind the scenes.

In the investigation file, it is stated that the two defendants forcibly undressed the businessman and his employee and filmed them on the phone, threatening them that they would take the video to their family members and post it on "Youtube" if the businessman Moka would not to give him 20 thousand euros. Even for a moment, one of the defendants tried to have sexual relations with the employee, so the prosecution also brought the charge of "Sexual Harassment" against Kreshnik Muhollar.

"You will lose money, otherwise we will kill your family if you go to complain", was one of the threats recorded in the file. Since Manahasa and his friend, Kreshnik Muhollari, have released the two hostages with the promise that they would not report to the police and the businessman would take 20 thousand euros to Manahasa.

After his release, on the way to Elbasan, Ganiu called his son in Tirana, and explained to him what had happened to two unknown people. He also announced a friend of his, the construction businessman Gentian Sula of Kodra do Diellill.

Sula, who had told him to go to the Elbasan Police Department, since the Elbasan police leaders had been notified of the incident and were waiting for them to testify. After the report, the police of Elbasan, in May 2021, ordered RENEA, which carried out the arrest of Sei Manahasa, while announcing the search for his friend Kreshnik Muhollar.

Both of these characters have already been charged with 4 criminal offenses and it is expected that in the following days the judicial process will start against them.
