"He told me he was sorry and even hugged me"!

This was said on the show "Chi l'ha Visto?" by Flamur Sula, the father of Ilaria Sula, the 22-year-old student who was found murdered and locked in a suitcase.

"The last time we heard from Ilarian was on Tuesday and he told us he would be back home on Saturday – he says in an interview that will be broadcast tonight at 21:20 on Rai Tre. – Is n't she living with friends in Rome, where she attends university. That was the last call, then we received messages from her phone. It was as if it were my daughter writing: 'Ciao, dad, don't worry. I'm fine. I left with a boy and a girl. I'll be back in Terni in a month'".

Further, Flamur Sula continues: "It said 'don't worry, I'm fine'. This raised our suspicions. If it had really been my daughter, she would have called me. On Saturday we went to file a missing person report. Then, on Sunday, at the police station we met Mark Samson, my daughter's son. We didn't know they had separated. He told us he was very sorry, that he was worried about her disappearance. He seemed calm, he even hugged me."
