The Special Court has decided to revoke the "prison arrest" measure against Kreshnik Budla.
According to the GJKKO, the measure was lifted after it emerged that the interceptions in the "SKY ECC" application had resulted in a mix-up with the user's personal identification code, and the communications allegedly made by Kreshnik Budlla (Farruku) were made by another citizen with the initials RF.
Farruku was arrested during a RENEA operation on January 12 of this year, with the aim of extradition to Italy where he is accused of drug trafficking within the criminal group.
Earlier, Farruku had surrendered and was released by the court in Durrës.
