The Police Supervision Agency has arrested today a member of the Tirana Police, after being accused of the criminal offense "Theft by abusing duty".

It is about the citizen EH, with the duty of civil servant at the Office of Citizen Service. The court has assigned the security measure "Home arrest" for this citizen.

Two Kosovo Albanian citizens had applied for the acquisition of Albanian citizenship in the category "By origin" and had submitted the relevant documentation to the employee EH. "a lot of money arguing as payment for the service fee, while according to the legislation in force for the acquisition of citizenship, this category is exempt from payment." it is stated in the notification of AMP.
