SPAK: Former director of ART Thoma Gëllçi to be sentenced to 2.6 years in prison

The Special Prosecution has given the claim for the former director of RTSH, Thoma Gëllçi and his 3 subordinates at noon this Tuesday.

It is reported that SPAK requests a total of 4 years and 8 months in prison for the three arrested.

SPAK has requested for Thoma Gëllçi, 2.6 years in prison, which thanks to the shortened trial is reduced to 1.8 years in prison.
