4 minors, students of a 9-year-old school, were regularly harassed for a 3-month period by a 35-year-old man.

Their nightmare is over, as the young man was put in police handcuffs at noon this Friday.

As if the harassment was not enough, he sent them through social networks, film material with inappropriate content.

He is charged with the criminal offense of "Stalking minors".
"He stalked 4 minor citizens (students of a 9-year-old school), for a three-month period, the 35-year-old was put in handcuffs.

Specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes of the Shkodra Police Station, as a result of the immediate administration of the reports received by some students of a 9-year-old school, in the city of Shkodra, that a citizen had been stalking them for several months, and sent through social networks, film material with inappropriate content, arrested and handcuffed the EZ citizen, 35 years old, resident of Shkodër.

Investigative actions continue, in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, in order to fully verify these reports.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further action, for the criminal offense "Stalking minors", the police informs.
