3 Englishmen had arrived in Albania as tourists, but in cooperation with each other they had created a criminal group that sold hard drugs in the Dhërmi area. It is about SR, 27 years old and RD, 33 years old, both arrested and their friend, WK, 32 years old, declared wanted.

The investigations carried out showed that these people who had come to Dhërmi a few days ago and cooperated with each other, for the distribution of cocaine, cannabis and ecstasy in doses, in this coastal area, mainly to other tourists, in night clubs and in the various entertainment activities that take place on the coast, during the tourist season.

During the search, 50 doses of narcotics cocaine, cannabis and ecstasy, 3 mobile phones and 2 electronic scales were found on the arrested persons. Sums of money, suspected to have benefited from this criminal activity, were also seized, namely 3,260,000 lek, 12,110 euros and 2,060 pounds.

"Dërmi, Himarë/ As tourists from England in Dhërmi, but they were carrying out the criminal activity of distributing narcotics cannabis, cocaine and ecstasy, they are caught and put in handcuffs.

The coded police operation "Parts 3", by the Narcotics Section of DVP Vlorë, in cooperation with the Himarë Police Station, is finalized.

2 English citizens who distributed doses of hard drugs were arrested red-handed in Dhërmi during the tourist season.

Their accomplice, also an English citizen, is wanted.

Doses of narcotics cocaine, cannabis and ecstasy, ready for sale, sums of money in lek, euro and pounds, which are suspected to have benefited from the sale of narcotics, as well as 2 electronic scales that were used for weighing narcotics in doses, were seized.

The Section of Illegal Traffic and Narcotics in DVP Vlora, in cooperation with the services of the Himar Police Station, following successive operations with a focus on preventing, identifying and cracking down on criminal activities in the field of narcotics, based on the information provided by the intelligence informative that some foreign citizens who had been coming for several days as tourists in the coastal area of ​​Dhërmi, carried out the criminal activity of distributing hard drugs, organized and finalized the coded police operation "Parts 3", as a result of which they were arrested British nationals in flagrante delicto:

-SR, 27 years old and RD, 33 years old.

Also, their accomplice, English citizen WK, 32 years old, was declared wanted.

During the physical check, the police services found on the 2 arrested citizens about 50 doses of cocaine, cannabis and ecstasy narcotics, which were seized as material evidence, along with 3 mobile devices and 2 electronic scales.

Sums of money, suspected to have benefited from this criminal activity, were also seized, namely 3,260,000 lek,
12,110 euros and 2,060 pounds.

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that these 3 citizens who had come as tourists from England to Dhërmi, a few days ago, cooperated with each other, for the distribution of narcotics in doses, in this coastal area, mainly for other tourists, in the premises of at night and in the various entertainment activities that take place on the coast during the tourist season.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.

Police structures in the Vlora region are established to prevent, detect and attack any illegality, which is not only committed by Albanian citizens, but also by foreign citizens visiting our country, as well as to guarantee order, security and an environment as quiet as possible during the summer tourist season".
