Former Durrës prosecutor Arjan Ndoj accuses Plaurent Dervishaj, a member of the Durrës gang, of ordering the assassination attempt on him on November 1, 2019, with one killed and two wounded.

This is learned from the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission, which fired Arjan Ndoja due to connections with people from the underworld.

The whitewashed decision of the KPC states that in the mobile phone of Arjan Ndoja, after the assassination, various materials were found, including the video of the assassination of Plarent Dervishaj and his friends Julian Mecaj and Bashkim Haxhiu, who despite the hail dozens of bullets managed to survive. Also, in Ndoji's cell phone, according to the KPC, a video was discovered with several people burning a vehicle and two photos of an unidentified person.

KPC states in the decision that Plarent Dervishaj and his friends are currently under investigation by the SPAK for the case of Ndoja and are accused by the prosecutor of ordering the attack on him.

More specifically, the decision of the KPC states:

- A video of June 2019, of the attempted murder of the PD citizen and his collaborators. Citizens PD, JM and BH are currently under investigation by the SPAK in the Ndoja case and accused by Ndoja of ordering the attack on him. It is not clear who sent the video to the subject of the revaluation and whether it was sent on the same day as the attack on D., dated 20.06.202 or at a later time.

- A video with some people burning a vehicle.

- Two photos of a person with hats that are not identified and that seem to be available electronically to the citizen AL (Alias ​​PM).

We recall that in the assassination attempt on Arjan Ndoja at the Shkozet overpass, "Rrumi i Shijakut" and the driver Andi Maloku were also injured, where the latter died a few days later in the Trauma Hospital.
